LED Sports Light – MSL05

The MSL05 is a sports and high-mast floodlight offered at 500W, 600W, 850W and 1200W. All five configurations are 0-10V dimmable and are quoted rather than sold through the cart.

The two ends of the range are not the same kind of fixture. The 500W and 600W are a single light-engine panel. The 850W and 1200W are two of those panels stacked in one frame, which doubles one face of the fixture and nearly doubles its effective projected area. That is a different physical object, not a larger version of the same one, so pole, bracket and wind-load work has to be done against the specific model.

Input voltage is not uniform across the range either. Not every output is offered in both voltage classes, so verify the voltage against the exact model rather than the family. There is also a mounting choice: the driver enclosure can sit attached to the fixture or remote from it, and the two arrangements have different silhouettes.

Beam distribution options are NEMA 2Hx2V, 3Hx3V, 4Hx4V, 5Hx5V and 6Hx6V. The housing is die-cast with a black finish, rated IP65, with a 100,000 hour rated life and an operating range from -40°C to 50°C. Color temperature options are 4000K, 5000K and 5700K, and CRI is offered at 70, 80 and 90.
